Here are a few steps to help you troubleshoot the issue:
- Check Your Email: The verification email has the subject line 'Alpaca Travel - Password Reset' and is sent from Alpaca Travel (sayhello@alpaca.travel).
- Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: The first thing to do is to check your spam or junk folder in your email account. Sometimes, legitimate emails can end up in these folders by mistake. Look for an email from "sayhello@alpaca.travel," as this is the sender's address.
- Email Blocked by Administrator Settings: If you don't find the password reset email in your spam or junk folder, it's possible that your email system administrator settings are preventing the email from reaching your inbox. This can happen if the administrator has set up strict filters or rules for incoming emails. In such cases, we recommend reaching out to your IT team or email system administrator to inquire about the blocking of verification emails. They will be able to assist you in adjusting the settings to allow these emails to come through.
