Have you got a technical issue where the Alpaca editor or an Alpaca map link isn't loading properly?
By following the steps below, you can provide us with the necessary information to diagnose and resolve the issue swiftly.
Before you report the problem via Support, please follow these steps and send us the requested screenshots. We cannot help you if you don't provide this information to us:
1. Provide Your Browser Information
- Go to What's My Browser?
- Copy the link displayed at the top of the page.
- Send this link to us.
2. Open Dev Tools
- In a new browser window (like Chrome or whatever you use), right-click anywhere on the page.
- Select
Inspect
from the dropdown menu to open the Developer Tools dashboard.
3. Keep the Dev Tools Window Open
- It's essential to keep this window open. Don't close it just yet!
4. Reproduce the Issue
- In the same browser window, attempt to do what you were initially trying (e.g., using the Alpaca editor or accessing the Alpaca map link).
- If the issue arises again, immediately switch back to the Developer Tools dashboard.
5. Capture the Console Logs
- In the Developer Tools, click on the
Console
tab. - Take a screenshot of all the content displayed below this tab.
- Send this screenshot to us.
6. Capture the Network Logs
- Now, click on the
Network
tab in the Developer Tools. - Again, take a screenshot of all the content below this tab.
- Send this screenshot to us.
